Store Policy
US Shipping. Domestic shipping by FedEx Next Day service. Most shipments can be sent for the $50 minimum charge. Live arrival is guaranteed. Refunds are not issued due to dead on arrival. A credit will be given and all attempts will be made to ship another animal after temps stabilize above 70 degrees for a period of more than 3 days in all FedEx Hub locations. Extreme weather conditions may halt shipping until appropriate weather permits. We also do not warranty animals if you fail to agree to adult signature confirmation in poor weather situations. We can not be responsible for FedEx leaving packages in the weather, hence this being out of our control unless signature confirmation is agreed upon. Thank you and God bless.
