Welcome to the home of CS Reptile Exotics!
I've been breeding and keeping reptiles since 2009. Here at CS Reptile Exotics my goal has been to provide top quality animals with awesome service! Store Policy
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER: If you see a snake that you would like, you can place an order directly with me through DM on here or instagram.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: I accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) through Paypal. I can also accept payments through PayPal as well as Check/Cash (checks must clear before shipping). Zelle payment is accepted as well. Please reach out for whatever works easiest for you. An invoice will be sent to you for each order.
CASH/CHECK - Contact me for Mailing address, animals won't be shipped until check and cash clears.
AUCTIONS: All auctions are final and payment is due within 24 hours of auction end. Anyone that does not abide by these terms will be reported to morphmarket and no longer allowed to purchase animals from me.
PAYMENT PLANS: These plans are negotiated on a sale by sale basis, traditinal plans are for 30 days in length. All payment plans require a 25% deposit on the animal to reserve it and for it to be pulled down for sale. Full payment must be received on or before the date agreed upon during the sale arrangement with shipping taking place no longer than 2 weeks after full payment being paid. If full payment is not received, shipping doesn't take place within 2 weeks of full payment, or lack of communication from the buyers end is achieved, the animal will then be posted back for sale to the general public. DOWN PAYMENTS ON ALL PAYMENT PLANS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

SHIPPING: I ship Monday through Thursday, weather-permitting. I can usually ship orders the same day if the order is placed before noon, Eastern Time. Shipping with Fed Ex Priority Overnight is $65 flat rate shipping. During extreme cold or stormy conditions, I do sometimes have to postpone shipments to avoid any delays. The well-being of my reptiles is my top priority. Both parties must agree to a shipping day before animals are shipped.
LIVE DELIVERY GUARANTEE: I guarantee live, healthy delivery as long as I ship when I feel it is safe. DOAs must have photo proof and will be replaced with an equivalent animal at no additional charge. If there are no equivalent animals available, credit will be given towards the animal of your choice. The live delivery guarantee is VOID if you provide me with incorrect or inaccurate shipping information or phone number. If shipped to a residential address, someone must be home to accept and sign for the animal on first attempt or live arrival is void. If the animal is not picked up at the Fedex Ship Center the same day it came in, the live arrival and health guarentee is also voided! NO REFUNDS ON CASH OR CREDIT CARDS.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
All animals will be honestly represented and 100% healthy at the time of delivery. Animals are guaranteed to be free of mites and ticks at the time of delivery. If for whatever reason you are not happy with the animal you receive, you must notify me within 48 hours for a refund. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements. Animals must be returned 100% healthy at the earliest possible shipping date. The animal may be held in quarantine upon return for a few days to ensure it is healthy before refunding the cost of the animal. It is the customer’s responsibility to learn how to properly care for the animals they purchase. I can not guarantee the animals health after 48 hours due to my lack of control of conditions.
