I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 
18 years old or over to purchase. 
Valid ID/DL required for all sales.
ID/DL required before making arrangements to pick up locally.
All sales final.
Accepting cash and PayPal.
Payment plans are available with 25% non refundable deposit and balance paid within time agreed upon. Late payments will result in losing deposit and animal being held.
*7-4-19* I will not hold/reserve an animal unless a deposit has been recieved or it has been paid in full.
*11-18-19* Animals will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
Buyer must show competency and knowledge of care and husbandry for animal they are inquiring on including providing proof of adequate and proper caging/equipment for animal. 
When inquiring, be prepared to send proof of your setup.
All prices are for the animal only unless stated otherwise. 
Shipping charges vary depending on animal size/weight and destination. Quote available prior to purchase. Shipping insurance is available at buyers expense. Animal will be shipped once payment is received in full, we have agreed on a shipping/receiving day and the weather is safe.
*12-18-19* I will only ship once my temps are above 40°F, hub temps are above 40°F and destination temps are above 40°F. No exceptions and I will ship at my own discretion. During winter the animal(s) will be held at the nearest FedEx Ship Center. Buyer must be prepared to pick up animal within 30 min of arrival. Live arrival is guaranteed with the exception of death/loss due to shipping errors by the carrier. Animal is guaranteed to be exact animal agreed upon, sexed properly, feeding on its own, and in good health. Any issues or complaints must be brought to my attention within the first 24 hours after receiving the animal. I am always available to my customers after the sale to answer any questions regarding the animal and it's care.
