Store Policy

All animals listed are healthy and eating regularly! We guarantee all animals are correctly sexed. We will do our absolute best to ID all genes however with the abundance of visual genes and combos being produced theoretical ID is what we believe that animal to be. All heterozygous animals are guaranteed with paper work if desired. Every attempt will be made to represent the animal as accurately as possible.

Animals are usually shipped Monday-Wednesday only. Delivery via FedEx, preferably to a hub! Hub to hub shipping is preferred, as it’s less room for error on the carriers behalf. We reserve the right to limit shipping to hubs due to weather conditions or carrier issues! We will monitor weather for shipping only to be done in appropriate predicted weather conditions at both the origin and destination and potential hubs! Buyer must be present at initial delivery attempt, no exceptions! Any issues must be communicated immediately upon arrival. No liability is assumed for carrier mishap or unfavorable weather changes. Shipping charges are non-refundable!

Available animals can be placed on hold with a non-refundable 25%-50% deposit depending on the animal and a mutually agreed upon payment plan.

If a buyer fails to complete a payment plan within the specific time agreed upon OR defaults on a payment during the duration of the payment plan the animal will become available again. All deposits, and funds put towards payment plans are non refundable but are transferable to another available animal.

Animals are not considered sold until payment is received in full and the total balance is paid within the agreed upon time frame.

Owning and working with animals is a privilege. Please do your research about the animal you want to purchase. No sales to Minors under any circumstances, buyer must be 18 years of age or older.
