Store Policy

We guarantee all of my animals to be healthy, feeding, and accurately represented.
All live animals are shipped FedEx Priority Overnight via Reptile Express. Must be 18 years or older to purchase an animal.
All transactions over $1,000 require an I.D. to prevent fraud. Payment is to be made in full before shipping or during local pickup. We will hold animals for non-refundable deposit of 25%. The deposit is applied to the full purchase price once the animal is ready to ship. We accept PayPal, Venmo, and Cashapp for online transactions and cash in person. Shipping is in addition to the animal's price and at the buyer's expense unless otherwise noted.
We package animals as safely as possible and guarantee live arrival so long as the shipping address is correct and you are there to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. If there are any problems please report to Fed Ex and to me immediately.
In the event of a DOA or health issue with the animal we must be contacted within 1 hour of the fedex delivery time stamp and be provided photo and video evidence. After 1 hour the well being of the animal is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are more than happy to help you by answering questions or concerns regarding proper husbandry nevertheless we can not control and are not responsible for your environment, husbandry, or mistakes. In the event of a DOA we do not offer refunds, but we will offer credit. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for replacement animal.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale or end a transaction with any individual for any reason.
