Terms of Service
Payment Plans:
Payment plans are applicable on totals greater than $500.00 USD. A 30% (thirty) percent, non-refundable, deposit is required for payment plans. Payment Plans cannot be greater than 45 (forty-five) days in duration. If any payment plan is not completed within the stated timeframe, the deposit will be forfeited. No animals will be held without initial deposit.
Payment Options:
Payments may be made via Cash, Credit Card, Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, Domestic and International Bank Wire.
Shipping:
Shipping within the Continental US is conducted Monday through Wednesdays from our facility. Shipping of any gecko will be the sole determination of the seller based on weather conditions at either the shipping or receiving location. All shipping is conducted via overnight air service through Fedex. Heat and cold packs will be added, as needed at no additional charge.
Shipping temperatures must be between 40 (forty) and 80 (eighty) degrees Fahrenheit. Determination to ship directly to the receiving party Fedex Hub will be determined once purchased and the receiving’s party ability to access a local hub.
Health Guarantee:
All Geckos will have a 7 (seven) day health guarantee. If an illness or death occurs within the 7 (seven) day period, you must inform us within 2 (two) hours. If a Gecko arrives DOA, we must be notified within 1 (one) hour of receipt. Proof of illness or death will be required. Health Guarantee DOES NOT cover any injuries, illness or death sustained from other pets, poor nutrition, inappropriate housing and accessories, tail loss, force majeure, etc.
Tail loss can happen during shipment and does not qualify for return or credit.
Sex Determination:
Sex is not guaranteed until 20 (twenty) grams in weight or greater.
Additional Terms:
All sales are final.
No cash refunds. Any dispute will be resolved with a like animal of equal value or credit toward another animal.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
