Avid reptile enthusiast going on 30+ years, dedicated/addicted to everything Boas since 2010! We work with nothing but the best in quality (from our Boa breeding stock, rodent suppliers & equipment, to overall husbandry & care), to ensure that not only we are 100% satisfied with our animals but that you are 100% satisfied as well!
We are now dabbling in Ball Pythons and Blood Pythons!
Store Policy
GENERAL POLICY:
• Must be at least 18 or have parent/legal guardian's permission in order to make a purchase (if you're under 18, we will require multiple forms of proof of your parents/guardian's permission)
• You must have the equipment & general understanding for the care requirements & the responsibilities that come along with owning these animals (if you need help with info or suggestions on where to purchase any equipment/husbandry needs, feel free to ask us)
SHIPPING POLICY:
• Fee of at least $75 for shipping (prices vary depending on the size of the animal, size of the shipping box, total distance to travel & if there will be live arrival guarantee/insurance included)
• All packages are shipped priority overnight through FedEx via Ship Your Reptile, Reptilesexpress, Redline Shipping, Reptiles2you, etc ... shipped out Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays only (weather permitted of course)... Mondays are typically a heavy ship day for FedEx (so Tuesdays & Wednesdays are typically better/safer), that being said we are willing to occasionally ship on Mondays but only at our discretion & only if it's deemed safe by the shipping companies for that specific day
•We prefer to have packages shipped to & held at a local hub for pickup, however we are willing to ship directly to your house/business/office but we would require signature upon delivery & we would need to know this information before the transaction has been made because we only accept certain payment methods if the package is to be shipped to a residential/business address (at this time, Ship Your Reptiles will only allow Live Arrival Guarantee/Insurance when shipping from hub to hub delivery & held for pickup, this is a SYR standard.. but ReptileExpress & Redline Shipping offer Live Arrival Guarantee/Insurance to residential deliveries so we can use those services for residential deliveries)
PICK-UP/DROP OFF POLICY:
• Local Pick-up/Drop Off is available within a reasonable distance (time/gas fees will be added to the total)
RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY:
•If there are any issues with shipping or the animal please contact us as soon as possible so we can figure out a solution (we try to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your choice of animal via multiple pictures &/or videos before it leaves our care & is sent to you, in order to reduce the chances of there being any issues with the animal). That being said, returns/refunds are on a case by case basis but usually returns are not permitted. We have no control over the environment/pathogens the animals may encounter once they leave our care/facility, it would jeopardize our entire collection to expose it to a single retuning specimen so exceptions will only be made at our discretion
HEALTH/GENETICS/SEX GUARANTEE/POLICY:
• All animals are guaranteed to be mite free!
• All animals come with a genetics guarantee!
• All animals are guaranteed to be healthy to the best of our ability but we cannot guarantee unknown or non-visible ailments beyond reasonable expectation.... This is to include: Congenital defects, unknown pathogens &/or ailments/sickness/disease that cannot be reasonably deduced from a visible inspection. That being said, we have tested most of the animals at our facility and we are willing to have any animal tested for any disease, sickness/illness/virus/disease etc... (Arenavirus/IBD, etc..) but it will be at the buyers expense/added to the total for the purchase & we will not start the process for testing until a down payment has been made on that specific animal/animals (if you decide to not go through with the purchase after the testing has been done we will issue a full refund but only if the animal tests positive for anything that it was tested for, otherwise we will refund everything except for the non-refundable down payment)
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENTS:
• PayPal Goods/Services or PayPal Friends/Family (on a case by case basis, since PayPal/Venmo has been causing issues for sellers)
• Zelle (preferred method of payment)
• CashApp (preferred method of payment)
• Square (on a case by case basis, for the same reasons as PayPal)
• Bank Check/Cashiers Check/Money Order
• Cash

• When paying through PayPal Goods/Services & Square, a 3.5% processing fee will be added to the total, we will require a pic of you holding your ID, we may ask for Reptile related references & we will make up a contract that the buyer has to agree to
• Animals will not be shipped until checks/money orders clear &/or until the animal is paid in full (unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand)
• Reasonable offers considered/entertained for all animals
PAYMENT PLANS/POLICY:
• Payment plans are accepted
• Typical payment plan options are as follows:
1. For animals/orders of $500 or less, we would require a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit/Down Payment to put the animals on hold & then the remaining funds would be due within 14 days of the Deposit date
2. For animals/orders of $500 or more, we would require a 25% Non-Refundable Deposit/Down Payment to put the animals on hold & then the remaining funds would be due within 30 days of the Deposit date
3. For animals/orders of $1000 or more, we would require a 25% Non-Refundable Deposit/Down Payment to put the animals on hold & then the remaining funds would be due within 60 days of the Deposit date (we would require a payment be made at the 1 month mark, of at least 25%)
4. For animals/orders of $1500 or more, we would require a minimum of a 25% Non-Refundable Deposit/Down Payment to put the animals on hold & then the remaining funds would be due within 90 days of the Deposit date (we would require a payment be made at the 1 month & 2 month point of the payment plan, of at least 25% each payment)
5. For animals/orders of $2500 or more, please contact us for more information on the possibility of a longer payment plan/option
• As stated above, we require a Non-Refundable Deposit as Down Payment to put any/all animals on hold (no exceptions)
• All monthly &/or bi-weekly payments must be made during your payment plan... failure to make any payments will result in the loss of the Down Payment (& any payments made since the original Down Payment) & said animals will be posted back up for sale.... exceptions will only be made at our discretion!
• With all that information being said... we are very reasonable/accommodating... we're typically willing to work out Payment Plan lengths/Down Payment percentages that can work for everyone ... if you have a good reason & give us some advance warning of the chance of a possible missed payment, then we will most likely work with you/let you slide & give you some more time to make said payment (within reason of course)... if you have any questions, don't hesitate to send us a message
• We do offer credits, so if you have payed into a payment plan on a specific animal but then you decide that you don't want that specific animal anymore, you can always put the amount you've payed into credit towards another animal but there are time restrictions/limitations on that... if your payment plan/time frame is up/expired & you never fulfilled the original payment plan agreement/arrangement, then you can't use that credit towards another animal, since you failed to follow through with the original payment plan agreement/arrangement
DISCOUNTS:
• Repeat customer discounts
• Pair/Trio/Group or multiple animal purchase discounts
• Birthday discounts (must show proof of D.O.B.)
• Military/Veteran/Police/Firefighter/First Responders discounts are available (must show proof of Service in order to receive those discounts)
AUCTION POLICIES:
• All auctions winners must pay for the animal they won within a reasonable time frame of the end of the auction (24 hours or so)
• We do not accept payment plans on auction animals
• If the auction winner lives within a reasonable distance of us, we can deliver the animal instead of shipping it, but there will be a delivery/gas fee added to the total (instead of the shipping fee)
• If it's a local sale & we're delivering the animal instead of shipping the animal, then the payment for the animal must be made before the arranged meeting (we will not accept cash on delivery/payment on delivery)
• we don't accept or offer returns/refunds for animals won via auctions, ALL AUCTION SALES ARE FINAL
WHOLESALE DISCOUNTS & MINIMUMS:
• We offer wholesale package discounts!
• Wholesale discounts/options are only available for Pet Store Owners/Employees, Reptile Show Vendors or online vendors/sellers, etc... (so anyone who is a reseller in any way will qualify for our wholesale rates)
• All animals that are listed in our Morph Market store are potentially available for wholesale orders
• All Wholesale sales are final (no returns)
• In order to qualify for wholesale orders, your order must contain a minimum number of animals in order to recieve any wholesale discounts (minimum number of animals required to recieve wholesale discounts is 8 animals)
• Wholesale discounts & minimum order details below:
A: 6+ animals = 30% off from the exact animals individual retail prices
B: 10+ animals = 40% off from the exact animals individual retail prices
C: 14+ animals = 50% off from the exact animals individual retail prices (typical maximum discount)
TRADES:
• Trades are considered but only for Boas with the following genetics/traits: VPI T+ Albino, Sharp Albino, BWC, Paradigm, Prodigy, Paradise, Kahl Albino, Blood, Anery Type 1 , Anery Type 2, Silver Bullet Anery &/or RDR BEA/Carbon (visuals &/or hets of all the above genetics).
Other traits/genetics such as Jungle, Labyrinth, Keywest, RLT, Inca, Keltic, Aztec, Motley, Arabesque, IMG, Hypo, Leopard, Pastels etc ... are an added bonus
• Now willing to consider/entertain trades for Dumerils Boas, Blood Pythons & Ball Pythons!

WHOLESALE POLICY:
