Store Policy

All animals for sale are the exact animal shown in the picture. Winter payment plans are accepted under the following conditions...

1: 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your animal.

2: You have 60 days from the day of your deposit payment to pay off the remaining balance of your animal. If you fail to do so than I take back sole ownership of that particular animal and our businesses deal is terminated.

3: All payments are final and non refundable! This means if you're on a payment plan and you fail to pay off your animal in the agreed amount of time, all payments you have made up until that point will not be refunded back to you. If you have paid $550 on a $600 animal and you don't meet the agreed deadline, you are out $550... period! Please don't take on a payment plan if you can not see it through.

All animals are 100% healthy and thriving under my care, with this being said I understand unfortunate things can happen during shipping. DOA must be notified within 2 hours of delivery. Pictures are also required to verify. Unfortunately if a DOA occurs and you have met the notification requirements, you will receive a full refund for that animal excluding shipping charges.
I am not responsible for delays by the carrier. If for some reason your package is delayed and the animal does not survive, I'm sorry but I can not be held responsible for that. Depending on what I have available I MIGHT be able to work something out for replacement, but no guarantee.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
