Store Policy
Payment plans are accepted on animals $400 or over unless stated otherwise with a 25% non-refundable down payment and 30 days to complete payment. No order will be shipped until payment is complete.
Live animal guarantee - shipping to FedEx delivery hubs ONLY Tuesday for Wednesday delivery - no home deliveries due to complications in the past with losing packages.
Payment is accepted through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and most online forms of payment. Live animal arrival guaranteed.
