About
We are a family owned pet shop operated by Claude (a retired U.S. Marine) and Janet (Paramedic of over 30 years) and our daughter Danielle (college student). We began as a full line shop in 2004 and over the years, we have transitioned to focusing mainly on reptiles.
In 2012, after years of frustration in finding quality affordable pets to offer to our customers, we began producing most of the animals available for sale in our shop.
We provide Genetic Certificates (including photos of the parents, the mother with her eggs and the baby once it’s hatched) as well as feed/shed/weight histories on all of the animals that we produce.

Store Policy
Please read all of our policies in their entirety prior to placing your order. Placing an order with us constitutes agreement and acceptance of all of our policies.
You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental permission to purchase one of our animals. Proof of age may be required.
PAYMENTS
We accept Paypal and/or cash as forms of payment. Buyer is responsible for any PayPal fees. Full payment is required before an animal will be shipped or picked up. We will not “hold” any animals for any reason.
Payment plans are available on animals over $300.00 with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Length and terms of payment plans vary based on the amount and/or value of animal(s) purchased and will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties prior to deposit being made. If payments are not received at the agreed upon times, the initial 25% deposit will be forfeited and not refunded, nor will a credit be issued. Credit of any payment amount(s) that may have been made may be issued on another animal at the discretion of the seller.
SHIPPING
Animals are shipped on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays utilizing Fed-Ex Priority Overnight if weather and temperatures permit the safe shipment of the animal. Shipping will only be done when temperatures are between 40 and 90 degrees.
Shipping costs are calculated from our location to your nearest FedEx Shipping Center or a business address. We are currently not offering shipping to home addresses. Please provide us with your zip code so that we can provide you with an exact shipping cost.
GUARANTEES
Animals are guaranteed live arrival ONLY if you are available to receipt/sign for the animal on the FIRST delivery attempt.
Should an animal be Dead on Arrival (DOA), you must notify us within ONE HOUR of receipt of the animal. Failure to do so will VOID the live arrival guarantee. Photos and/or return of the DOA animal may be required to receive a refund or credit towards another animal. If applicable, seller will be responsible for refunding the cost of the DOA animal plus shipping to the buyer. If applicable, buyer will be responsible to pay for return shipping costs.
Animals are guaranteed to be feeding regularly on appropriate sized rodents, to be healthy and to be sexed accurately.
All Hets are guaranteed to contain the gene that they are het for.
We can not guarantee all multi-gene animals due to the difficulty of identifying some of them, especially when more than two genes are at play. We make our very best attempt at identifying the genes contained in the animals we produce based on the pairings, our experience and at times, the opinion of other breeders as well. If we are not certain of the genetics contained in an animal, we will list it as containing the least amount of genes that we know are at play and we will make that known by informing you that it “might” contain or is a “possible” certain gene.
