Store Policy
Please send all email inquiries in an email form. Emails are not meant to be text messages. Please ask all that you need to in one or two emails.
ABSOLUTELY NO PAYMENT PLANS~
No one seems capable of completing plans they arrange on time.
NO REFUNDS~ All cancelled orders will be given credit only.
AUCTIONS- Winners must pay auctions within 12 hours of winning.
~PAYMENTS~
* Square invoice only! (I will need email address and shipping address to send you an invoice)
* You may use a debit or credit card on your end to pay the invoice.
* To secure your purchase, invoices must be paid within an hour of receiving them.
~SHIPPING INFO~
* Shipping is done Via FedEx.
* Please advise if your address is a hub or home address.
~ Never take time off work to receive a package. Delays can and do happen. Shipments to local hubs would be suggested
*I DO NOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING TIMES WITH REFUNDS **
•These are FedEx or ups 3rd party guarantees and not my guarantees.
•If you want a delivery guarantee that is refundable then you may provide me with a label for your order. For the rare case of a delivery delay without an excusable exception you can request a refund for the delivery time guarantee being broken if you use your own label.
* I will however request a shipping credit if a delay causes a doa shipment. So, shipping for replacements are not charged for again.
Shipping prices are $55.00 flat rate over night. California shipments are $45.00
This includes the cost of the box as well as heat/cool pack.
TRACKING IS SENT LATE AT NIGHT ON THE DAY OF SHIPPING. USUALLY BY 11:30 PM PST
• I will not be able to respond to emails requesting tracking numbers until late on day of shipping.
All Amphibians/Reptiles are Guaranteed Live Arrival!
*All animals are live arrival guarantee only!
* Any problems must be reported when the animal was received.
*These are Live animals, I cannot guarantee their care once leaving my hands. They do not have a guaranteed life span as they are living creatures.
*DOA or problems must be reported within one hour of arrival
*Credit is issued for DOA/problem with animal only or cancelled orders
*Shipping is a 3rd party charge and has to be paid before any replacements are sent
TADPOLE SHIPMENTS
* All tadpoles will ship via ups
* Live arrival guaranteed
* I ship extra tadpoles in every order
TADPOLE ARRIVAL ACCLIMATION
• Please float your tadpoles in the bag they arrive in. Do not immediately dump them into the new tank water
• After 30 minutes you may release tadpoles into their new tank
DOA TADPOLES
* Extra tadpoles cover any doa. If the number of doa exceeds the extra tadpoles then a future credit is issued for the remaining doa
* Doa are credit only
DELAYS
* Delays can occur for various reasons
* I determine if it is safe to ship or not
* No refunds due to any delays.
* Delays are usually only 1-3 days depending on weather or other unexpected issues
I am easy to work with in odd shipping circumstances. I PRODUCE these frogs so I can absorb a majority of any issues and make sure you are well taken care of.
