Store Policy
Payments Accepted through Venmo and PayPal...Shipping-Overnight Express through FedEx. We ship out Tuesdays and Wednesdays as long as the temperature is not below 60 degrees or above 100. We do not guarantee the sex of our Dragons that are under 4 months but we will do our best. We guarantee that your dragons will arrive alive and healthy and If a dragon arrives dead, or you have any concerns about it contact us immediately. To maintain this guarantee you must be available to receive the delivery on the first attempt and notify us of any issues immediately. Flxdragonz cannot guarantee the safety of any dragon that is left outside in the elements or returned to the delivery truck because no one was available to receive the package. FLXdragonz does not require that you sign for the package just make sure someone is home to receive it. We are not responsible for any wrong address provided on Paypal or Venmo please verify your info before purchasing.
