Please send the following information:
-Full name (name listed on ID for hub pickup)
-Zip code to confirm closest shipping hub and pricing
-Email address to receive PayPal invoice
-Phone number for shipping updates via FedEx
Shipping
Geckos are sent priority overnight Tuesday or Wednesday via FedEx through Reptiles Express shipping service.
-FedEx hubs are preferred. Geckos can be sent to personal address, but DOA guarantee is forfeited as conditions are less controlled on delivery day truck route.
-DOA must be reported within 1 hour of arrival to hub with photos.
-We follow these Live Reptile Shipping Temperature Guidelines:
40°F and below: We recommend shipping be delayed until warmer weather if it at all possible - it is very risky to ship live animals in cold weather!
40-70°F: Heat pack used
70-80°F: No Heat Pack or Cold Pack typically required.
80-90°F: Use a Cold Pack (our Phase 22 is highly recommended) or Thermafreeze Cold Cell.
90°F and Above: We recommend shipping be delayed until cooler weather if at all possible.
Payment Plans
Payment plans offered for purchases over $300 with the following terms:
-25% of total purchase price (including shipping) as a non-refundable down payment.
-45 days to complete full payment unless other arrangements have been discussed.
-It is up to the buyer to complete payments in agreed timeframe via PayPal invoice.
Sexing
The sex of a gecko is not guaranteed unless the description states male or female.
-Geckos that are not yet mature will be loupe sexed which is not 100% accurate; it is what is observed at the time of the sales post and will be listed as “probable.”
All sales are final. If payment is sent it is assumed you have read and agreed to these terms.
