Store Policy
***COVID-19 UPDATE***
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic that is going on, we now only ship MONDAY through WEDNESDAY to avoid any delay until we are given further notice from Fedex.

We only ship Monday through Thursday if weather permitted via Fedex Priority Over Night shipping within the U.S only.
Buyers need to make a 30% deposit in order to hold any ball pythons (maximum 30 days). If the holding period is more than 14 days, we do charge $10 a week ( first day of the week counts as a whole week) for husbandry (food, substrate, etc.). Deposits are not accepted through PayPal Goods and Services as they are non-refundable.
If there are any sign of defects that were not discussed in advance of purchasing, buyers must report within 1 hour of receiving the snake/s and will receive up to 70% refund, depending on the severity of defects.
If there are any mites, buyers must report within 7 days of receiving the snake/s and have an option of keeping the snake for 20% refund or we will be more than happy to take the snake back, shipping is on us.
In any case of DoA, buyer must report within 1 hour of receiving the snake/s and we will issue a full refund.
