Store Policy
Hi, here at HGH Reptiles we arent just a seller, we are also a reptile lover!!
We guarantee our snakes to be healthy, feeding, and properly sexed, unless otherwise agreed upon. Once an animal leaves our facility, we have no control over the care you offer, or that you fail to provide to your animals. We guarantee our animals to be in perfect health upon arrival.
All sold animals will weight egleast 100 grams, eating properly and on schedule, and showing no physical signs of illness. They are properly acclimated and cared for, our animals should do excellent for you.
It's difficult to put a longer-term guarantee on our animals because once you receive them, we have no way of controlling how they are cared for. If we do not hear from you, I will consider our transaction complete. We must be notified via email, text message, or phone call upon arrival (within 1 hour) if there appears to be an issue with your animal with pictures and video. Any issues arising after 24 hours will be handled on an individual basis. You will be treated fairly, and we ask the same in return.
Payments
No down payments/holds, payments mist be paid in full.
Once you chosen your animal(s) we will send you an invoice, this will contain all details for the transaction.
We accept:
1. Paypal
2. Cash upon pickup, (if you choose to pickup)
3. Credit cards
(When using credit card and PayPal their is an additional 3.65% on total sale)

Shipping and Local Pickup
Animals will be shipped with FedEx for next day delivery. Shipping cost is not included on the amount shown on our list. We ship Monday – Wednesday excluding holidays which FedEx observes. Our cut off time for same day shipping is 12 pm CTS. We will only ship orders when temperatures are above 45f degrees and below 90f degrees. If temperatures are outside those limits we can possibly ship to the FedEx facility near your location or schedule shipment when the weather permits.
Live arrival guaranteed. We guarantee live arrival on all of our shipments and make sure that all snakes are properly shipped in appropriate packaging with heating or cooling elements.
Live arrival guarantee will be voided if customer (you) is not present for first attempted delivery by FedEx or providing incorrect delivery address or the box is picked up from the Fedex Ship center 1 hour after is ready for pickup.
Shipping is done by Fed Ex Priority Overnight, in a properly insulated box, using the local FedEx
Local Pickups:
Local pickups are done on designated public place. Pickup time and date can be arranged after full payment is received.
