Terms of Sale
*Purchases
When sending a payment you agree to all terms that are stated, no exceptions. There will be no refunds once the payment has been sent. NO REFUNDS!
*Payment Plans
Paid in full purchases will be chosen over payment plans if inquired at the same time.
A deposit of 50% of the total cost must be put down in order to hold any gecko(s) totaling $4 00 or more. The deposit does include the price of shipping. Deposits are non refundable once received.
Geckos can not be switched around once a deposit has been placed. If you no longer want said gecko, the gecko will be placed back on the market and the deposit will be transferred to store credit. The deposit will not be refunded back to cash, only store credit.
Payment plans are available for 4 week periods. Deposit is required first(50%). By 4wks (a month from when the date the deposit was sent) it must be paid off in full.
If the gecko is not paid in full by the initial agreed upon period, you will be contacted. Failure to follow through with the payment plan will result in a required additional 10% total fee, this is required with the final payment. In the case that I have to add on the 10% fee, I will allow an additional 48hrs for the payment to be paid in full before adding on the 10%. If the animal is not paid off within the additional 48hrs, the 10% will be added to the final payment, and an additional 24hrs will be given to make the final transaction. Failure to follow through with the final notice will result in the gecko being placed back on the market. In the event this does occur, you will be uneligible to take part in future sales with H&H Cresties, for failure to comply with our terms of sales.
Orders over 800 will require that you cover the cost of any PayPal fees, if that is your preferred payment method.
*Winter Holds
Winter holds will only be allowed if I state so. I do not always allow winter hold payment plans, but feel free to ask. The winter hold plans are the same as any other payment plan, but have a more extended length. All winter payment plans must be paid off in full by the date I notify you of. Failure to pay in full by mentioned date will result in a 48 hour warning that the animal must be paid in full. Failure to pay in full by the 48hr mark will result in a 10% additional fee added to the remaining cost. This payment including the 10% must be paid within 24hrs, or else the agreement of sale will be terminated. Your deposit will not be refunded, and you will be blocked from our social media pages, and no sales will be conducted with you in the future.
Please note that I will only ship once weather is safe on both ends, to ensure the safety of the gecko.
*Shipping
Shipping cost is calculated by your location. Generally ranging from $30-$80.
Shipping will be allowed with a nightly low of 40 degrees and up on the night of sending out. Shipping will not be available with temperatures below 40 degrees or exceeding 90 degrees.
Shipping delays do occur occasionally, but this is not something that happens very often. If a shipping delay occurs, I am not responsible for it. I can not be held accountable for any death(s) of gecko(s) due to delays while in transit. If your gecko(s) do arrive dead because of a delay in arrival I will only offer a refund of half of the purchase price of the gecko(s) affected. The shipping price if a delay were to occur is non refundable. Again, you will only be refunded during a delay for HALF of the purchase price of those geckos, or gecko who’s affected by the delay if dead on arrival.
Live arrival is the only guarantee on all purchases. If for some reason the animal shall arrive dead to you, you will be refunded the cost of the animal but not the shipping. I am not responsible for anything that could happen after the gecko arrives alive to your door step. I am not responsible for improper husbandry and so forth.
If the gecko shall arrive dead to you, you must contact me within the first 30 minutes. You must send a message that includes at least 5 pictures of the dead animal, and one video of the animal. The 5 photos must show the animal at all angles.
If you are not home at the agreed upon arrival date to take in the gecko, and there does appear to be issues, there will be no refund.
If when your gecko arrives and there are any issues present, you must notify me as soon as the gecko arrives. Within the first 30 mins. Failure to do so with result in no accommodations.
You must notify me within the first half hour of your geckos arrival, or else our agreement of sale terms will be voided. You will NOT be issued a refund for any problems that might occur or had occurred during transit.
Hub Shipping
Purchaser must pickup at specified fedex hub within 1 hour of geckos arrival, to be valid with the live arrival guarantee.
If purchaser fails to pickup the gecko within the first hour of arrival, no guarantees will be given.
If agreed upon to ship under 40 degrees for some reason there will be no live guarantee. This is at your digression.
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping. Shipping internationally will require you to have both an importer and exporter to use. You will be responsible for setting up the shipping dates and notifying me of when and where to ship. Live arrival to the exporter is the only guarantee. I can not guarantee live arrival when the animal is imported to your location. If you’re unhappy with your gecko when you receive, I will not take it back. The gecko will have already experienced enough stress through shipping worldwide.
*Other Guarantees
I can NOT guarantee the gender of your gecko under 25grams. However, I can tell you whether or not I have seen pores(poss male) or no pores(poss female). Though some can develop pores as they grow. I will not refund for this under 25grams.
*Additional info
Tail drops can be a common thing with this species unfortunately. It may occur randomly or in transit. If for some reason your gecko drops it’s tail before arriving to you, I will let you know. Exchanges will not be permitted on any animals who have dropped their tails. This is out of my control!In the event your gecko has a tail drop before arriving to you, please note that I have marked these animals on sale or hold, and it’s not fair to other customers who inquire about said gecko if you are angry and want to exchange. No exchanges, as tail drop do not affect their quality of life.
If you are not satisfied with the gecko or reptile you receive from us (within the first hour),you can send it back at your own digression. If received live and well. You will only be refunded HALF of the asking price, this does not include shipping. You will be responsible for paying the shipping price to ship the gecko back to me.
If for some reason you decide that you can no longer keep, or wish to sell said gecko you bought and or received from us, you must notify us. You agree to give us first pick to buy, or take said gecko(s) back from you. Each gecko we have here we take pride in, with raising and caring for it. We develop a bond to each gecko.
*****By purchasing you agree to continue using the proper care for your gecko. You agree to continue feeding a Pangea or repashy diet, and live insects. You agree to give the proper housing conditions. By purchasing you also agree to all the terms stated above, there will be no exceptions!
**Raffles and Auctions**
Raffles- live arrival guaranteed only.
In the event that your animal would arrive deceased you will be refunded the price of your ticket.
Ex.: sally paid $5 for a ticket. The refund would be $5.
You agree to all TOS on both auctions and raffles.
Auctions- TOS are agreed to when sending payment. Payment must be sent within 24hrs of winning.
