Store Policy
Double Edge Exotics sales are all final, a 25% nonrefundable deposit is required when purchasing an animal on payment plan.
plans over 30 days will require 5% added to the price for care and feeding to a maximum of 90 days.
On a 2nd payment default you will lose the right to that animal and be given store credit for payments made (minus deposit)
Live animal is guaranteed, Opening of package must be videoed and sent to me within 2 hrs of delivery of in the case that animal is D.O.A., Time of delivery will be determined from FEDEX delivery time. Refunds on D.O.A. animals only with proper documentation sent as discribed.
We ship FEDEX OVERNIGHT to your door or to a fedex hub, in case of too hot or cold temps we may require a hub pickup.
Animals you see in picture are the ones you will recieve, we recommend screenshoting the pic so you can feel sure you have the proper animal. No photo shopping on any pics,What you see is what you get.
All animals will come with guaranteed genetics, Documentation of Dam and Sir and care sheet.
