Store Policy
ALL SALES SUBJECT TO A 25% NONREFUNDBLE DEPOSIT

PAYMENT IN FULL:
Payment in full can be accomplished through our forms of payment listed above, For local sales we required you to put a minimum of 25% down nonrefundable deposit and the rest can be paid in cash or a form of payment listed above when you pick up your specimen.
90 Day Payment Plan
we have a payment plan available upon request that can be applied to purchases of $750 or more. Our Payment plan requires a 25% down nonrefundable deposit(s) on each animal being purchased. The remaining amount is to be paid in 3 equal payments due each month no later then 10 business days after the monthly due date which will reflect the same day of the month that the initial amount down was paid.
The animal(s) will not be shipped out until the purchase amount has been received in full.
upon purchase of your specimen(s) we will be in contact with you to receive your shipping address, contact number, and when you will be available to receive said animal(s). we ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays...some Mondays upon request. ALWAYS WEATHER DEPENDING LOCAL AND IN ROUTE TO DESTINATION, any purchases made after 4pm Monday will ship the following week, this is due to feeding schedule and live arrival guarantee.
Out of State Shipping:
(Lowcountry Retic) is not liable or responsible for failure to meet local, state, or federal regulations You the Buyer acknowledges that you are solely responsible for researching and following the appropriate federal, state, and local laws which apply to you as the owner of any animal(s) that you may purchase. Specifically, you agree to indemnify and/or hold us unaccountable from any responsibility and/or liability in relation to your responsibility to both research and adhere to the appropriate federal, state, and local laws which apply to your ownership of any animal(s) that you may purchase from us. If payment is completed and it is later discovered the animal is not permitted in your area the animal will not be shipped and the minimum 25% nonrefundable deposit will be applied.
Weather Permitting:
this refers to the outdoor weather conditions during shipping this includes our weather your weather and the weather in the states the specimen will travel through minimum night temp of 45F and a maximum daytime temp of 100F. NOTE: if specimen is shipped when weather does not fall within our min-max temperature range, buyer assumes all responsibility and the live arrival guarantee is VOID.
ARRIVAL:
upon receiving your package please open shipping box(es) and inspect your animal(s) immediately upon receipt of shipment. If you have any concerns or problems regarding your order, you must notify us within 12 hours of receipt of your shipment. with photos to identify said problem and/or concern, If we have not heard from you within 12 hours of you receiving your shipment, we will consider your transaction completed and all responsibility of health is transferred to the purchaser.
Animal temperament:
Though we try our best to tame and raise our animals in a positive friendly environment we still have to say....
by purchasing animals from Lowcountry Retic you the buyer/owner of said animal(s) assume all responsibility for the temperament and care of said animal(s) and understand that reptiles while a enjoyable hobby can be unpredictable and sometimes cause damages to people or property
We are not responsible in any way, for the actions of the animal(s) you order through us. If you or anyone else gets bit, physically debilitated/harmed or anything else as it relates to the animal, it is solely your responsibility and you agree to indemnify and hold us unaccountable for any liability therein. Always exercise caution with any animal as they do have a mind of their own and sometimes bite, scratch ect. We are not responsible for what the animal(s) do once they are shipped.
Gender selection:
Although we do our absolute best to get it right the sex of the reptile can not always be guaranteed most notably with hatchling and juvenile animals identification can be challenging . We make our best efforts, but we are not always 100% accurate. Snakes are generally very easy to determine sex/gender but very rarely a mistake can be made
Live Arrival Guarantee VOID:
our live arrival guarantee can/will be voided if any of the following occurs
1.) You request that your order be shipped out on a day NOT recommended by Fed-ex or the seller (Lowcountry Retic) as safe for live animal shipments and/or when temperatures falls outside of the safe range. (Anywhere along the route where temperatures are below 45°F or above 95°F is outside of the safe range)
2.) If you request shipping parameters that go against our recommendations.
3.) If the shipment is lost or delayed by courier.
4.) If the shipment is forwarded to another address. Forwarding of packages results in additional days in transit. we will not be held liable for this
5.) There is an issue with your shipment and you do not make a claim within two hours of shipment arrival at local hub. In the event of any issue or death of animal, we REQUIRE a clear digital picture of the animal in question before a replacement/store credit can be issued at our discretion. we ask that you arrange the animals body in such a way that is not natural to tell it has expired, this can be accomplished by laying one half of the animal on its back as we all know a live snake will roll to its belly, thank you

REFUNDS:
orders can be canceled ONLY before shipping of animal(s) 25% nonrefundable deposit applies
once the animal has been shipped all sales are final unless for reasons listed below
In the unlikely event that an animal is DOA, proof will be required. in the form of digital photos as referred to in above paragraph (5.) of void policies.
Please contact us immediately and do not dispose of the animal before contacting us. Animals DOA will be replaced or credit issued only at our discretion, refunds will be offered in the form of a replacement animal or equivalent credit towards animal(s) of your choice. Payments and deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to provide the animal(s) as agreed upon.
Shipping fees are non-refundable

Please consult your federal, state, and local laws which apply to your ownership of any animal(s) that you may purchase from us prior to purchase. otherwise you may incur penalties under the law including but not limited to fines and/or jail time

by conducting business with Lowcountry Retic you agree to the terms listed above and acknowledge that you have done your research on the animal(s) you are receiving in regards to local and state law and also the care an up keep required for your new pet(s)
