Payment:
Payments are accepted through PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. Payments must be made in full before we will ship any animals. Payments are non-refundable.

Temperature Guidelines & Shipping:
We ship using FedEx Priority Overnight. Live arrival can only be guaranteed when temperatures are between 50° (night) and 85°(day) shipped to your local FedEx Hub. If an animal has to be held for appropriate shipping weather we will hold free of charge.

Guaranteed Live Arrival:
You must contact us within 1 hour of delivery for guarantee to be valid. No refunds will be made if the animal is mishandled during the shipping process. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Live arrival guarantee is void in the case of carrier delays. If any unfortunate event happens during shipping and your animal arrives deceased on arrival, a credit will be issued for a future purchase on a case by case basis.

There are no refunds on deceased animals after they have been in your care for more than 24 hours. We must receive pictures of the deceased animal within 1 hour of arrival for this to be valid.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
