We are a couple of Flora & Fauna enthusiasts who specialize in High end New Caledonian geckos, Microgeckos & Terrarium/Exotic plants. We are former Zookeepers who created this company to share our love for these amazing creatures. Please feel free to ask any questions, always happy to help!

Sales
All payments are accepted through Paypal, Zelle or Venmo. Whichever you are most comfortable with.
We will not sell any animals to any persons under the age of 18. We also reserve the right to refuse sales.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to place a gecko on hold. The hold deposit is for that particular gecko only. We are not accepting payment plans at the moment.
No gecko is considered on hold until a deposit is sent, even if you are waiting on additional photos or a pore check, etc. without a deposit, the gecko is NOT on hold. We will hold the gecko up to two weeks, at which time full payment is due. If full payment is not made, the gecko will be put back up for sale & your deposit will be forfeited. Under no circumstances are any payments received refundable.
Please contact me for approval before sending a deposit. All sales are done through private Facebook/Instagram messaging.
Shipping
Shipping is available to the continental 48 United States, and is done through FedEx Priority Overnight via Reptiles2you Monday-Wednesday with arrival Tuesday through Thursday. Shipping too late in the week can cause delays & that scares the bajeez out of me, so i avoid it.
Shipping prices can range, so please contact me with your zip code for a shipping quote. Depending on your location Priority Overnight Packages typically arrive by 10:30am, but delays are possible. If the temperatures are iffy or you are unable to be home for the delivery, picking up at your nearest FedEx hub is a great option. I will not be held responsible for issues or delays with the carrier.
I will only ship during safe temperatures between 40-85 in all destinations and hubs it passes through. We will hold the animals for no extra charge until weather is safe for them to travel. I take into consideration the overnight lows as well as the daytime highs. A heat pack or cool pack will be added if needed. It is always a possibility that a gecko can drop their tail during shipping. This is something that they can do at any given time, therefore tail loss is NOT covered.
Guarantee
I guarantee live arrival, but In the unlikely & unfortunate event of a dead on arrival (DOA), I MUST be contacted within 1 hour of delivery. Be prepared to send me photographic evidence and please do not dispose of them until you have my approval. I will reimburse you the cost of the gecko(s) in the form of a credit (no cash refunds will be given). Shipping charges of the replacement gecko will be your responsibility. I do not reimburse shipping costs. A proper address must be given and someone must be available to accept the package upon the FIRST delivery attempt. If no one is there to receive the package, or the driver is unable to obtain a signature (if required), my guarantee will be null and void. Please contact me within 1 hour of delivery. These are my babies, and by letting me know they've arrived safe and sound really makes my heart happy.
Once the animal is in the hands of the buyer, it's health and well-being is beyond my control. I am always available for any questions and care information. I will not guarantee the health (sickness or accident) of the animal once the responsibilities belong to the new owner.
I do not guarantee color. I try very hard to get the most natural and accurate pictures, but i am always more than willing to take more pictures for you prior to purchase.
I do not guarantee the sex of a gecko unless it is over 20 grams & stated as Male or Female. The terms unsexed, possible female, no pores seen, pores seen, etc. are just my observations at the time the gecko is posted for sale, they are not a guarantee of sex.
