Store Policy
Accept Venmo and PayPal or cash in hand if picked up locally. Animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good condition.
Isogods guarantees all of our animals will arrive alive and healthy unless they are mishandled by the carrier. In the rare event that the carrier mishandles your delivery, we will work with you in an attempt to ensure the best possible outcome. As mentioned above, live arrival can only be guaranteed when transit temperatures are above 40 degrees and below 90 degrees Fahrenheit. All live animal deliveries must be signed for by the customer at the time of delivery or our guarantee is void.
Isogods guarantees the health of our animals for 24 hours. Notice of dissatisfaction or D.O.A.s must be received within 4 hours of receipt of shipment. Any DOA animals must be kept until further notice.
Please note that if you refuse to follow our advice and choose to house your animal in an unfit manner, all of our guarantees are null and void.
We do want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with anything you receive from us, we will work with you to reach a mutually agreeable resolution. Isogods will not be responsible for additional shipping costs for returned or replacement animals or products.
There are state and local restrictions in many jurisdictions restricting or prohibiting the possession of exotic animals and/or reptiles. Isogods will not knowingly sell any products in violation thereof. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not Isogods to understand local, state, and federal laws before placing an order.
If you are unsure of your state’s laws pertaining to any animals or products you want to order, you should consult local, state, or federal authorities to be certain you are not in breach of the law.
Under no circumstances will we sell to minors (those under the age of 18), or to anyone we feel may abuse or misuse our animals and/or products. We reserve the right to decline any order.
By placing an order with us you are acknowledging that you are of legal age to do so and are accepting full legal responsibility for your purchase. No other terms or conditions will apply unless they have been mutually agreed upon in writing prior to placing your order. Animals and products are not considered sold until payment has been received in full.
