Store Policy
GENERAL SALES:
-25% non-refundable deposit required to hold any animal.
-Payment plans may be accepted, at my own discretion, usually only on animals over £300.
-I accept payments through bank transfer or cash on collection of the animal (no Paypal due to scams).
-Courier must be arranged by the buyer at their own cost (and risk) following prior arrangement with myself. I have a preference for animals to be couriered via b.c.s.reptilecourier or Ridgeway couriers but will work with others too.
-Genetics of any available animals (especially multiple co-dominant traits) are my best judgement based on the genetics of the parents and my own personal experience.
-Hets for animals I have produced will be 100% definite.
-Hets I have purchased from other breeders (unless proven out by myself) will be listed as possible het.
-Mistakes can be made when sexing. Males will be 100% accurate, whereas females are 99.9% accurate (popping AND probing methods will be used to sex animals).
-YOU must be certain of your own personal judgement when you purchase as mistakes can be made.
-Once an animal has left my premises there will be NO guarantees and NO returns/refunds.
AUCTION SALES:
-All relevant above points are to be observed with the exception being that auction sales must be paid for in full via bank transfer within a reasonable time period of the auction being won (this is usually within a couple of days unless discussed with myself beforehand). NO deposits to hold and NO payment plans accepted.
