Store Policy

Payment accepted through PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App, or Venmo.

Payment plans are offered on a case-by-case basis. Plans require a 25% non-refundable deposit and must be paid in full in 14, 30, or 60 days, depending on the value of the animal. Please inquire about a plan specific to the animal of interest.

Sales Policy:
All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are NON REFUNDABLE. A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in the forfeit of their hold on the animal(s) and any money sent.

Shipping:
Shipping will be done Monday-Wednesday as weather permits. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center/Hub, where they will be held for pickup. Exceptions for home delivery may be made if there is no such location within reasonable driving distance (greater than 1 hour) of the buyer.

If the buyer fails to retrieve the animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 6 hours of hub delivery, our live arrival and health guarantee (see below) is void.

Heath Guarantee:
We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement. Any DOA must be reported within 1 hour of retrieval with photographic or video evidence to qualify for a full refund or replacement. Issues arising after this window but within the first 7 days of receipt may be considered for full or partial refunds, credits, or replacements on a case-by-case basis. Genetics Guarantee:
All recessive genetics (visual and 100% hets) are guaranteed. Due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, all other mutations are only guaranteed if explicitly stated as proven through breeding or shed testing.

Sex Guarantee:
Animal sex is 100% guaranteed. We check the sex of each animal multiple times before shipping to reduce the risk of error. Please inform us of discrepancies between the listing and the animal within 7 days for a resolution.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
