Store Policy

We guarantee that that all of our animals are 100% healthy. All animals will have no physical signs of illness. We are not able to place a longer term guarantee on our animals because we have no way of controlling the husbandry practices of others.

Sex:
Proper sex of all animals purchased through us are guaranteed. Please double check, as we are human and mistakes are possible. Please contact us within 3 days and we’ll work through finding a solution if a problem arises.

Shipping:
Fedex Overnight shipping at a flat rate of $65. In colder months, heat packs are used if needed. In warmer months, cool packs may be used to help keep animals from overheating. Somebody must be present at the address to sign for the package. Shipments can also be held at a local Fedex location. I ship Monday thru Wednesday. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Genetics:
Each snake is assigned a unique ID# linked back to his or her parents. This allows us to keep relatively accurate data on the clutches produced. Due to the ever-increasing complexity of genetics and more than 15 years of breeding snakes, we cannot 100% guarantee accuracy of Incomplete Dominate genes in our animals.
Recessive & Heterozygous genetics are 100% guaranteed.

Payment Plans:
This is offered for purchases over $500 with a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance is due within 30 days. Please inquire about a payment plan if interested. All sales are final.
