Store Policy
20% Non-Refundable deposit to hold any animal.
Payment is required in full prior to shipment/collection.
Payment plans can be arranged between the buyer and seller with terms to suit both parties. Any failure to complete the payment plan will result in loss of all payments made to date.
Animals will be mite free at the time of leaving my facility and established feeders.
Courier can be arranged exclusively via Ridgeway Couriers for delivery within mainland UK.
I (Jigsawconstrictors), to the best of my ability, represent healthy animals for sale. I cannot guarantee unknown or non-visible ailments beyond reasonable expectation. This is to include: Congenital defects, unknown pathogens and/or ailments that cannot be reasonably deduced from a visible inspection. Once an animal is received by the buyer as stated, the transaction will be considered complete.
Animals cannot be returned under any circumstances.
These terms are to be considered final and acceptable when purchasing an animal.
*Due to new restrictions on exporting CITES animals out of the UK, and associated costs with doing so, all sales will be within the UK. This does not affect any sales already made, awaiting delivery. Should this change, I will update my policy. Any enquiries from outside the UK will not be responded to. Thanks
