Store Policy
we operate on a first come first serve basis, and a deposit is required to hold the reptiles.
Refund, deposit and payments.
deposit to hold the snake is 25% on snakes under £100 & £50 on £100+ snakes, then the remaining balance to be payed on collection or 2 days before delivery is set to be collected. We Accept PayPal ,Cash On Collection or bank transfer.
If we back out of the sale a full refund up to the amount of the reptile with be issued. We do not issue refunds if a buyer backs out of the sale.
Guarantees
We can ensure that are animals are 100% healthy and of the correct weight when they leave our facility.
We take the most care possible with the preparation and packaging of you reptiles when delivery is used an take no responsibility for any damage or injury incurred during transport but will work with you to help find an outcome that works for you.
We can guarantee that the reptile advertised is the exact reptile you will receive and no false images are used with our adverts.
GENDER
We do the most we can to guarantee the sex of our reptile but occasionally mistakes can be made and we will work with you to find a solution to thelat you are happy with.(possible options may include: partial refund, discount on future purchases or other alternatives).
