Store Policy
Terms of Sale and Guarantees -
Must be at least 18 years old to purchase. All animals come with a 24 hour health guarantee. This health guarantee does not cover injuries such as tail drop, attacks by other animals, keeper care/husbandry mistakes, etc. In order to qualify for this guarantee, the animal must be kept in a proper enclosure with ventilation, humidity fluctuations between 50-80%, temps between 68-80 degrees, provide gecko diet and a water bowl. If the animal fails to thrive within the first 24 hours of delivery, photos & video of the animal and set-up WILL be required. I reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason. Please make sure you research care for crested geckos and have the proper set-up BEFORE purchasing an animal. I care deeply for these animals and would rather keep the gecko if I feel like it will not be properly cared for.
All live animal purchases are final. No returns will be accepted. Please make sure this is the animal you want. In case of a Dead on Arrival, I must be contacted immediately with proof (photos & video) within 1 hour of pickup from the hub. Please make sure you can pick up the animal in a timely manner. In some cases, I might ask you to ship the animal back to prove DOA. A replacement animal OR store credit will be provided. Orders must be paid in full before they are shipped.
Shipping -
Animals will only be shipped out if temps are 40F-85F. For the safety of the animals, they will ONLY be shipped to a hub. We will mutually agree on a shipping date before any animals are shipped to ensure availability and temperatures on both ends. I reserve the right to hold the gecko until shipping temps are safe.
Shipping is offered via Redline shipping Fedex Overnight, and the package should arrive by 10:30 AM the following day. We only ship out earlier in the week (Tues & Wed) to insure that a gecko will not be stuck at a hub through the weekend due to unusual circumstances.
Shipments can only be made to the 48 continental states.

Payments -
Payments with a credit/debit are completed through PayPal.
Sex Guarantee -
Every animal that is sold as male or female is 100% guaranteed to be sexed accordingly. Any animal that is sold as unsexed but labeled probable male or female is NOT guaranteed.
Photos of Animal -
I try to take the best pictures possible and use only natural lighting to photograph my animals. Depending on your monitor settings, the gecko color can look a bit different in person. If you are looking for something specific, like no dal spots or high white, please let me know before you purchase so I can check for you.
