Store Policy
Guarantee: Our Ball Pythons are guaranteed to be healthy and sexed correctly. If there are any issues with health or gender send proof within 48 hours of receiving the snake. The genetics will be correctly identified to the best of my knowledge, and any possibilities will be listed on the sales ad. Feel free to ask about the parent's genetic or for photos of the parents.

Shipping: We use Ship Your Reptiles priority overnight through FedEx. Due to the delays in shipping during the COVID we prefer shipping to hub for pick up due to FedEx not guaranteeing morning deliveries. Shipping costs are not included in the price and will be added to the total of the snake. For shipping quotes please give me your zip code or nearest hub for pricing. Seller is not responsible for shipping delays.
****Update: With cooler weather almost upon us, we are now offering payment plans to hold a desired animal until reasonable weather for shipping. A 25% non refundable deposit for a hold and payment in full before animal is shipped. We will try to keep track of the weather patterns for shipping and if a weather break happens we will try to ship at that time.
