Live arrival guarantee. Any issues with the animal must be brought up with in an hour of arrival. Must be present on arrival to receive and inspect your snake.
Returns or exchanges are available on a case basis provided that you followed the above instructions however shipping is not refundable.
In purchasing a snake it is your responsibility to have done the proper research on the proper care and maintenance of your new animal. You should also have their enclosure set up and ready upon arrival. That being said, I am always available if you have any questions either before or after your purchase.
All of my snakes for sale have defecated at least twice, shed at least once, and unless otherwise stated are feeding on F/T rats of appropriate size to the animal.
Free shipping is available on purchases of $1000.00 and up.
Payment plans are on a case by case basis with a 25% non refundable down payment as well as if any sale is backed out on before shipping.
