Store Policy
I will work with you in finding a safe and loving home for our leopard geckos. Prices do not include shipping, but I offer to meet you halfway on shipping costs IF purchase equates to $400 or more. Buyer is eligible for 50% off shipping costs if the leopard gecko is $400 or more OR if the sum total of the order is greater than $400 (if buying multiple geckos). I ship Mon-Wed using Reptiles2You via Fedex Overnight. I ship to a Fedex hub nearest to you but will ship to a hub specifically requested. Shipment is conditioned on proper weather conditions as the safety of our geckos is paramount. You must pick up the gecko from the hub within 3 hours of it’s arrival to qualify for any guarantee. We are not responsible for delays by the carrier.
Methods of payment are (1) Paypal (Friends & Family), (2) Venmo, (3) personal checks, or (4) cash. I prefer Venmo or Paypal but will work with you. I am very flexible on payment plans and offer buyers the option of paying for an animal within either 45 days or 60 days of the initial deposit. The initial deposit to hold a gecko is 25% if you need 45 days to pay the remaining balance. If you need 60 days, then you must pay a deposit of 35% of the balance. Animals will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. All payments are non-refundable. If you cannot pay the full amount within the relevant time periods, then you may apply payments toward another animal within 30 days (Forfeited after 30 days).
You are guaranteed to receive the listed animal in optimal, healthy condition with a 14-day health guarantee. You are obliged, however, to keep and maintain the geckos with suitable and proper husbandry and must contact us within an hour of arrival. Failure to do so voids the 14-day guarantee. If the gecko is dead on arrival, then you must notify us within 1 hour of receipt. The time is determined by the receipt time FedEx provides online. You must send a photo of the relevant leopard gecko to be eligible. Under some circumstances, animals may drop their tails or prove to be a different gender. These conditions do not warrant a refund and you assume these risks because all animals are classified as temperature-sexed. Any undesirable temperaments, breeding results, fertility, pattern, or coloration are not guaranteed. In such events, the buyer assumes the risks and is not eligible for a refund.
