Store Policy

Store policy. Must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. I have the right to refuse sale without a given reason.

Payment is via cash app or PayPal.
Shipping is available to the continental US only. Cost of shipping is determined by your zip code. I will only ship between 45-85 degrees. Once payment has been received you can schedule to have your Crested Gecko(s) shipped.
Correct Shipping Information Must Be Provided!
Always make sure to double check the shipping information you provide when ordering from us. We are not responsible if the shipment information you provided is incorrect. In addition to your address we require your email and daytime phone number. This information is required for FedEx Live Animal Shipments. Package must be held for pick up at your local FedEx hub
You must notify me of the condition of your gecko within 30 minutes of receiving your shipment. All sales are final. If in the unlikely event that the gecko arrives DOA, it is your responsibility to notify me and send 3 adequate photographs and 1 video of the gecko within 30 minutes of receiving the shipment from the hub. If I am NOT notified in a timely manner via text or email, the live arrival guarantee is VOID. If the gecko is deceased and you notify me within the 30 minute time frame, I will refund the purchase value of your gecko. The shipping cost will not be reimbursed. Tail loss during/after shipping as well as injuries contracted from external factors (ie. other household pets, small children, inadequate care, or accidental injury) are not covered.
Must agree to all terms and conditions listed above. Failure to comply will result in the refusal of sale.

Placing a Gecko on Hold
A 10% non-refundable down payment gives you the ability to put any Crested Gecko on hold. We will hold your gecko for up to 4 weeks, at which time full payment is due. If payment is not made in full by the end of the 4 weeks we will put the Crested Gecko back up for sale and you will forfeit your down payment. Under no circumstances are any payments received refundable.

Sex of baby geckos is not guaranteed, but I will give my best estimation over 10 grams. Sex of adult geckos are guaranteed.

NOTE: We do not offer net terms. All orders must be paid in full before we will ship out your order.
