At Serpens Cauda Reptilia (Serpent's Tail Reptiles) we strive for the absolute best quality animals. We mainly concentrate on the production of various high-end Blood and Short-Tail Pythons. We also work with Honduran Milksnakes, Crested Geckos and very soon, Western Hognoses. We've been in the hobby for several years and always trive to improve. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any specific requests on animals or just have general questions. We are always happy to help or give advice!
Store Policy
We ship exclusively using Reptiles2You always through FedEx Priority Overnight. Prices ranges from $70+ depending on location, size and weight of shipment. Reptiles2You does have options to add insurance to the package, but as the seller we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We have a 7 day health guarantee starting from the day the package has been delivered. If anything looks abnormal for any reason and you are not satisfied with the animal please reach out to us and we can discuss terms to return/refund. We will need proof of any ongoing issues before we can come to a decision.
We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold any animals for purchase. We do accept payment plans for up to 90 days for animals that are $500+.
We have the right to cancel/refuse the sale of any animal if we deem the customer unfit for any reasons.
