A crestie can be put on hold with a non refundable deposit. All deposits taken are to be at least 25% of the overall gecko price.
We will hold your gecko for a maximum of 60 days, at which point full payment is required, before receiving your gecko.
Courier is optional, only certain companies are accepted here, please look into this before making a purchase.
The minimum size a gecko will leave here is 4g and all purchases will have a 7 day health guarantee. If however any issues occur, which are caused by inadequate care and housing, and are therefor out of our control. It will not be included in the 7 day health guarantee, you won't recieve any money back. Proof will be required. This does not apply when shipping abroad.
(If using a courier service)Before the geckos leave here we will send you a picture of your healthy gecko and ask that you send us a picture once you get them.
Please don't hesitate to ask for any advice in regards to care and husbandry, we are happy to give out information on how to properly care for you new gecko.
Tail drops unfortunately can occur and no discount will be given if this does happen as it does not affect the overall health of the gecko, sometimes these things just happen.
Payment plans can be set up in the 60 day period or you can pay as much or as little as you want, in however many instalments you want. As long as the balance is paid in full by the 60 days.
The gecko will be marked as on hold and will not be marked as sold until payment has been paid in full, within the 60 days. If the payment isn't completed by day 60, the animal will be taken off hold and you will not receive your money back.
Payment is acceptable through PayPal or bank transfer.
There will be no guarantee on gecko sexes under 30g, some adverts may say pores seen, possible female/male. Be prepared that the sex could change.
We love each and every one of our animals, and as such want to know that they are going to people who know how to care for their gecko correctly, if we feel that the needs of the animal cannot be met by yourselves, we hold the right to refuse sale.
