Store Policy
Satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied with your animal please contact us immediately for a replacement, refund, or return.
Live arrival guaranteed. All animals are guaranteed to arrive to you safely. Animals can only be shipped out between 45-90 degree temperatures. If these temperatures are not met when shipping is available the animal will be held until shipping falls within these parameters. OBD Exotics is not responsible for Fedex handling issues so all animals must be insured for live arrival guarantee unless otherwise stated. This charge will be added into all shipping fees.
Shipping and Handling guarantee. Shipping is done Monday through Thursday only, no exceptions due to any possible carrier delays. If an animal is delayed by the carrier and we have not contacted you, please contact us immediately! Box and packaging charges are added into the shipping fee along with insurance. Shipping fees will be a flat rate stated upon time of agreement. Should an animal arrive DOA, a picture with the date and time is required within the first 15 minutes of arrival. OBD Exotics has the right to refuse a DOA replacement at our discretion. Please follow all rules and guidelines for DOA animals. Someone must be available on first delivery attempt to receive any and all packages or any live arrival guarantees are forfeited.
Health, Gender, and Genetics guarantee. OBD Exotics guarantees all animals received will be in perfect health, properly sexed and genetics are ALWAYS guaranteed. Should an animal arrive to you not under these terms we will do everything in our power to correct the issue. Proof of any errors will be needed within 4 hrs of receiving animal or all guarantees will be forfeited.
Custom Service guarantee. We guarantee our customer service to be prompt, polite, and always in the best interest of the customer. OBD Exotics reserves the right to deny sales to any person or persons at our discretion.
