Snake is great, arrived healthy and happy. This seller is a low and slow communicating seller, I'm fine with that(people have lives) however it makes my husband nervous, so I mention it. That said great social snake and no problems. - May. 26, 2022

Seller response time was poor, also ignored questions claiming they didn't see them. Shipped to a hub 65 mi one way away. Didnt seem to care about safety of snake when i reported issue that with todays gas prices 130 miles was extreme. - Mar. 04, 2022

Used an unlabeled meat box not a correct labeled box that said "llve harmless reptiles" as required. refuses to answer or provide follow up ..more or less amateur hour here. Seller could have resolved issues but decides to ignore...paypal time. - Mar. 08, 2022
