Store Policy
Hello! First of all, thank you for your interest in our animals.
1. All animals are visual-sexed unless noted. Visual sexing is not 100% guaranteed but worked for me always. Never had any wrong guess. If i’m not super sure, I will tag the animal as unsexed.
2. They will be eating, pooping, shedding and growing as they should. I can provide my feeding routine if asked.
3. Weight is noted the day of the photo, so ask me anyway if you’re really interested in the weight on that specific moment.
4. Photos are taken in a photo studio, flashlights do provide a nice white balance and a nice focused & deatiled pic. Colours are meant to be as close as real as possible. They always look better live. Anyway, you can ask for phone pics/vids always. I recomend it. For some animals, like u.milii, their colours look different (fired up, fired down, night or day colour) so I always try to get them at the better, but will be noted if not.
5. We can hold (reserve) animals for 1/3 of the cost non-refundable deposit (at least 30€) for the duration we pact.
6. The animals are located in southern Spain, so we can ship 24h for Spain/Portugal and we can ship almost worldwide with import/export contacts. If we go to reptile shows, we can handover animals with no cost. Due to the current situation, there’s a extra cost from shipping from Spain to the european/ export (DDI). We can handover by the exports team in France and Germany if your place is near the travel route.
7. Shipping is always prepared with sense and great care. Exports van will be climated or the animals will be properly heated by packs. But there are some scenarios we cannot control like road accidents, robery, etc. Never experienced that and I pray we dont have to. In that case we would try to arrange a solution anyway.
8. A proper transfer document will be provided with the info. of the specimen and some notes like morph, cross, bloodlines, etc.
9. Needless to say : Animals handled daily, with great care , genetically reliability, proper supplementation and hygiene. More info and questions by PM.
