**Store Policy for Ball Python Sales**
**1. Payment:**
- All payments must be made in full before the shipment of any ball python.

- Shipping costs will be determined based on the destination and will be added to the final invoice.
- We only ship when weather conditions are safe for the ball python's well-being.
- Live Arrival Guarantee: We offer a live arrival guarantee. In case of DOA (Dead On Arrival), please provide clear photos within 24hrs of receipt.
**3. Health and Quality:**
- All ball pythons are guaranteed to be healthy and accurately (to the best of our ability) represented in terms of morph and genetics. However with the complexity of identifying multiple gened snakes as humans we can sometimes get it wrong, so if your not totally satisfied with your snake please get in touch asap and we will rectify any problems.
- shed testing, if you would like a shed test prior to buying then this can be arranged at a cost to the buyer.
- all 100% heterozygous snakes are guaranteed.
- Snakes are routinely fed, and records of feeding and shedding can be provided upon request.
**4. Communication:**
- Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about the ball pythons you are interested in.
- We strive to respond to inquiries within a few hours and provide accurate and transparent information.
**5. Returns and Refunds:**
- I will accept the return of any snake(s) with in 2 weeks. If the snake's health or genetics are significantly different from what was described.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method upon receiving the returned snake in a healthy condition.
**6. Local Pickups:**
- Local pickups may be available by appointment only.
- A suitable container or carrier is required for transporting the ball python safely.
**7. Legalities:**
- It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding the ownership and keeping of ball pythons.
- We do not ship to areas where owning ball pythons is prohibited.
**8. Privacy:**
- Customer information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
