It was good until it was not. Will not buy from this company again. Sold me a snake at 56 g ,showed up at 42,shipped in the cold no heat pack. Sad that my snake died. Yet all I get is excuses. Live and learn - May. 20, 2021

Buyer made no claims of issues until 2 weeks after purchase and refused to answer basic questions or provide proof of claims. I have dated and timestamped pictures to prove that the weight was as advertised - May. 20, 2021
