Mad Mac Pythons is focused on Desert Ghost Hypo Clown and Lavender. A large percentage of our collection is focused on the Sapphire gene and are working to explore the project's full potential. We aim to produce investment-grade animals that speak for themselves.
Store Policy
Payments - We accept Zelle, Venmo, or Paypal Friends and Family. Payment must be made in full before any animal is shipped.
We ship directly to a FedEx Hub unless residential delivery is specifically requested by the customer. In the case that the customer requests delivery to an address that is not a hub, the customer is assuming all risks to the animal. We will not offer any guarantees for residential shipments. Shipping to a hub is MUCH safer than direct to home, and is in the best interest of the animals health.
Sex and health are guaranteed. See the terms and conditions below. Any problems outside of DOA with your animal must be reported within 4 hours of arrival to the hub. DOA must be reported within 1 hour of the animal arriving to the hub based on Fed Ex time stamp and photo time stamp evidence provided. The health guarantee is valid for the initial 24 hours because we cannot control your environment or husbandry, but we are always willing to help if you have any questions regarding proper setup.
Shipping is paid for by the buyer in full for animals under $1000 via ShipYourReptiles - Fedex Overnight to anywhere in the continental US. We ship out Mon - Wed only to allow for the safest transit of the animals in the event of delays in transit. In the event of DOA either a replacement animal (if available) or store credit will be issued. Once inspected and accepted, the well-being of the animal is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We currently offer a payment plan with 20% down, with the remainder due in 30 days. Failure to pay in full by the end of the payment plan results in forfeiture of any funds paid.
All sales are final and by purchasing from Mad Mac Pythons LLC you are agreeing to all terms and conditions herein. Mad Mac Pythons LLC reserves the right to update, change, or remove any of said terms and conditions above at any time.
