Hello, thank you for having a look at our reptiles.

We are committed to making sure you and your snake are happy and have an ethical breeder policy to ensure we protect the safety of the snakes we sell and guarantee your satisfaction on purchase of your new reptile.

All snakes will come with a welfare record, showing feeding and shedding habits for the last 8 weeks minimum.

Our snakes have an “Arrival Alive & Well” guarantee. If your snake arrives in less than perfect condition, we will provide a refund less the 20% non-refundable deposit. Once your snake arrives you have 72 hours to report any issues back to ourselves, this is to give you, the buyer, time to check the snake for any existing issues you have not been informed of.

We do everything in our power to ensure that our snakes leave us happy healthy and mite free however Mites can be picked up during transportation so we recommend you put all new snakes in a quarantine for 3/4 weeks minimum to avoid any contamination.

Finally we kindly request an update 8 weeks after the arrival of your snake to ensure that you are not having any problems and that you are enjoying your new reptile and are settling well together. Myself and my partner will be here to support you keeping your new member of the family happy and healthy.
