We are long term reptile enthusiasts and hobbiest breeders! Producing beautiful Ball Pythons is one of our biggest passions.
Store Policy
PAYMENT METHOD:
We currently accept payments through Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo only.
PAYMENT PLANS:
Short-term payment plans will be considered on a case to case basis.
An animal priced over $300 can be placed on hold via a 25% non-refundable deposit.
* $300-$500: 25% deposit, balance paid in full in 2 weeks.
* $500-$700: 25% deposit, balance paid in full in 30 days
* $701-$1000: 25% deposit, balance paid in full in 45 days
* $1000+: 25% deposit, balance paid in full in 60 days
Please contact us if there are circumstances beyond your control that would impede your ability to meet the terms of your payment plan.
If the balance is not paid within the agreed term, the deposit will not be returned, and any money paid after the deposit will be used as credit on a future purchase. No cash refunds on payment plans when terms have not been met due to nonpayment.
SHIPPING:
Shipping to the continental United States is available. Shipping starts at $50, but will vary depending on the weight and size of the animal, and shipping supplies needed.
Our shipping days are Mon-Wed, but may change due to holidays or high volumes at the hub. We will discuss a ship date that will work for you. We require someone to be present when the animal arrives, and prompt communication after delivery.
* Due to high shipping volumes we will not be shipping Thurs-Monday temporarily.
Hub to Hub is an option if you will not be home, or if the temperatures are not optimal for shipping. This will be discussed prior to shipping. We will help choose what is best for the animal and will let you know which hub the animals will be shipped to.
When shipping hub to hub, we require prompt pickup, and quick communication after receiving our notification of pickup.
Free local pickup in Memphis, TN is always available.
SHIPPING TEMPS:
We check weather conditions locally, as well as the shipping destination to ensure the animal will not be subjected to extreme temperatures.
Shipping will be postponed during times of extreme temperatures to protect the health of the animal.
Hub to Hub shipping may be suggested/required depending on weather conditions as well.
***SUMMER SHIPPING***
Shipping will be on a case to case basis during times of extreme temps. Temp checks will be done for us and the destination zip codes to assure they are safe for shipping animals.
Hub to Hub is always the safest and our most preferred method of shipping.
Cool packs will be provided if deemed necessary.
***WINTER SHIPPING***
We ship on a case to case basis due to extreme temps and winter weather conditions. All shipping will be Hub to Hub during this time.
LIVE ARRIVAL:
Live arrival is guaranteed. Animals that arrive DOA will be replaced by a comparable animal, if a comparable animal is unavailable we will discuss other options with you.
DOA:
We track frequently, and watch where the animal is located.
When shipping to a residence, we will be notified of delivery. Communication must be received promptly after we receive the delivery notification (within 1 hour of notification) if there is an issue with the animal that occurred during shipping.
When shipping hub to hub, we will be notified of pickup. Pickup must be complete within 2 hours of arriving at the hub. Communication must be received shortly after to update us on the status of the animal.
Any variances of the above listed will forfeit the Live Arrival Guarantee.
Pictures will be required.
