We guarantee are animals are in good health, eating the appropriate size food prey at the time of listing & sexed correctly.
Shipping Through via FedEx, assuming the weather conditions is safe for the animal to be shipped at both the origin & destination FedEx Hubs.
Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
No liability for carrier mishap & unexpected weather changes.
Buyer MUST be present for day of delivery.
Buyer MUST report any concerns immediately.
Local pickup can be arranged within 100 mile radius.
Animals could be place on hold with a non-fundable 25% deposit with a mutual agreed payment plan.
All animals are not considered sold until payment is received in full.
