MPC Reptiles is Micah and Rachel Cox. We are located in Northern Indiana and focus on breeding high qualify affordable reptiles. Our primary focuses are Boas, Ball Pythons, and Western Hognose. However, we also produce a number of other species we enjoy. Our animals are available through MorphMarket or face-to-face transaction if you are local. Store Policy
Terms of Sale and Payment
Payments:
You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental permission to purchase from us.
Please make sure that it is legal to own the animal your are purchasing in your state, county, and/or city.
We accept payments by Pay-Pal, credit cards, cashiers checks, postal money orders, and personal checks. All checks must clear in our account for 10 days before shipment.
Indiana residents without a seller's permit are subject to sales tax.
Holds, Deposits, Payment Plans and Cancellations:
We offer payment plans with a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the purchase price, and the balance must be paid within 3 months (you decide how to take care of the balance amount). If the animal is not paid in full within the 3 month period, all money paid will be forfeited by the buyer unless a separate agreement has been made with MPC Reptiles LLC. If the animal that you put a deposit on for some reason becomes unavailable before it has been fully paid for (we decide not to sell it, etc.), the amount of your deposit and all money applied towards the animal will be returned in full..
Shipping:
We ship via FED-EX Priority Overnight, Monday-Wednesday (please allow 48 hours to make arrangements) to minimize the risk of animals getting stuck in shipping.
We reserve the right to postpone shipment until weather conditions are favorable to our animal (We will not ship in temperatures below 36F or above 92F, including FedEx hubs).
We prefer to ship to your nearest FedEx center to avoid the snake sitting in a delivery truck to it's final destination. We will ship to your home as well, but we require that someone is home to sign for the delivery. All guarantees are void if the package is left outside on your doorstep or if there is nobody available to sign for the package. We also may travel within 200 miles of our location to personally deliver the snake to you if you would like that option.
Guarantee:
We guarantee our animals to be as described, healthy, accurately represented in their photos, and feeding well at the time they are shipped. With complicated multi gene combinations our identification is theoretical, based upon an educated guess.
We guarantee your satisfaction. If dissatisfied with your purchase, call us within 24 hours of receiving your animal to replace it, or for a refund. If you choose to return your animal, you are responsible for all expenses and arrangements necessary to safely ship the animal.
We guarantee my animals to be sexed properly, unless sold as unsexed or temperature-sexed.
You must notify us by email or phone immediately upon receiving the snake to confirm that you received the shipment.
If you purchase one of our snakes we will do our best to help you with any and all questions that you might have during the time that you own the snake. If we can't answer your question, we will try to point you in the right direction to get an answer.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
