Shipping through FedEx, all sales are final no refunds except for if the animal expires for some reason during shipping, Live arrival guarantee, must contact me within 2 hours of arrival to door or nearest hub with problems. I use Fed Ex overnight, Buyer pays shipping and shipping is subject to weather.
