Store Policy

I guarantee sex and genetics to be as advertised for animals I have produced (sex must be verified within 24 hours of receipt of the animal), and I guarantee live arrival if shipping to and held at your nearest available FedEx Ship Center (hub), as long as the animal is picked up within an hour of arrival to the facility. My priority with shipping is always the animal’s health, so I will not ship if I determine the weather to be adverse and potentially harmful. In the case of an animal that does not survive transit, I am willing to refund the cost of the animal or apply it toward another available animal I have listed, but I can only do this if given photographic/video evidence of the shipped animal’s demise within an hour of when it was available to be picked up from the hub.

I am willing to do a payment plans with a 25% deposit. I will work out each individual payment plan with a customer as the situation merits. The deposit and money sent as part of a payment plan are non-refundable, and it is the customer’s responsibility to know the terms of the plan we work out and adhere to them. If a customer breaks the terms of the plan without first acquiring my approval and an adjustment to the plan, I reserve the right to either reframe the plan or terminate it as I believe is required. If a plan is terminated this way, I will give the customer store credit equal to the amount they have paid me, redeemable toward any of the animals listed on my page. The exception to this rule would be in circumstances of long-term payment plans where I have incurred significant feeding/upkeep costs for the reserved time.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
