Store Policy
Deposits/Holds:
Payment plans are accepted with a 50% non-refundable deposit. This deposit will hold the animal for two weeks, if final payment is not received by day 14, your deposit is collected and animal is re-listed. Animals do not leave until they are paid for in full.
Live-Arrival Guarantee:
Our Live Arrival Guarantee is ONLY offered on shipments held at the hub. IF YOU choose to have it sent on a truck for further delivery, THIS WILL VOID our guarantee. Any and all animals are guaranteed to arrive alive, in good health, and correctly sexed. Immediate notification is required if you are not satisfied for any reason.
In the rare case of DOA, photos and/or videos must be sent within the first 2 hours of pick-up. Failure to do so will result in NO given refunds.
Payment:
We currently are accepting PayPal (via Friends & Family) and Zelle.
Shipping:
We only ship via FedEx Priority Overnight which gets to your hub by 9:00am - 10:30am the following morning. We only ship out Monday - Wednesday to ensure no delays over the weekend. Animals will only be shipped within the appropriate range of temperatures on both the shipping and receiving ends. We will not ship until both parties agree on a shipping date.
Please be aware of your local laws and regulations regarding these animals. Please don't hesitate with any questions on care, husbandry, etc. We are here before, during and far after the sale to ensure everyone is on track!
