Payment plans: 25% nonrefundable deposit and the balance must be paid within 30-60 days. Please inquire about a plan that is specific to the animal.
If you default on your payment plan all but the 25% deposit will be refunded. The deposit can be used as a credit for future purchases. The animal will be re-listed.
Genetics, Sex & Heath Guarantee: We ask please double check sex as soon as possible. All our animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival! We ship Temperatures must be between 40-90ºF.
We ship FedEx Overnight for all of our animals. We ship off all packages to at your local FedEx hub to avoid them sitting on a truck all day. Rare cases do we ship to the house. Free Shipping to all active military, or veterans just text or email picture of VA or Military ID.
Returns, Refunds, and DOAs:
Dead on arrival (DOA) the customer must notify us of the DOA. An email with a photo or video must be attached via email.
