Payment Plans
We offer a couple of different payment plans with 25% down. No payment plans will be offered on animals $200 or less.
$201-$1500: 30 day
$1501 and up: 45 days to pay off

If you fault on a payment plan (this includes "changing your mind") the animal will become available again, and money paid towards that animal will be a store credit towards another (if the amount due is greater then you have paid payment is due within 1 week). This does include the deposit. If you do fault on a payment plan all purchases going forward will need to be paid in full

Deposits are NON refundable, no matter the circumstances. Your deposit was placed in the agreement you would be buying the animal(s) if you break this that is at your fault. (If seller has good reason to break a plan you will get your deposit back)

Payment Methods- For payment we prefer Zelle or CashApp but for credit and debit card payments we prefer paypal friends and family or square. For Payment Plans we can send an Invoice through Square which can also be paid with any credit or debit card.

Shipping Costs
Message for quote. Free shipping on certain animals will be noted on the animals

Shipping Info
We use FedEx overnight. Pickup at the nearest hub to you is preferred for all shipping. I will send to the nearest hub based on your zipcode (please let me know if you have a preference). HUBS must be fedex ship centers, I will not send to any that do not pull up on redlines website. I will ship to your home address but the LAG will be voided

All tracking is sent to the email provided through MM from redline shipping, if you wish me to message it to you please let me know
Shipping days are Monday for next day delivery . Note due to the nature of my job shipping dates may be pushed a week. I try to accommodate shipping around my work schedule but sometimes it’s not possible.

Shipping is still only Monday for Tuesday and on rare occasions when the weather works we can drop off early at the hub on a tuesday and Wednesday

-Weather delays-
This year has been extremely volatile. If weather is showing an extreme storm possible on the day of shipping I will be in contact to rearrange shipping days. Safety first and if I can avoid having them stuck locally or in Memphis I would rather ship later.

All exports are done at the full cost of the buyer. I do not have permits to export so all must be through a middle man that you find at this time
If shipping cannot happen right away we will hold the animal for a reasonable time decided upon by both parties and as always animals are treated as one of my own
Delays in shipping are out of our control. They happen. Please be understanding and flexible with them. I will usually be in contact with you and redline as soon as I realize one has happened and keep in contact to let you know updates. We do not offer any refunds on shipping

-live arrival-
If no contact has been made within 30 min of arrival (signed for at the hub and marked as delivered), we assume you are content with the animal(s) and they arrived safe. LAG is only guaranteed on animals shipped to a hub. Animals MUST be picked up by noon from the hub, if later please let us know. All tracking will be emailed through the shipping company to the email provided, if you wish me to message it to you on morphmarket please let me know.

Fedex delays/weather- we do not refund shipping cost if fedex delays a package (if you want insurance let me know before hand). Our shipping temps are 35-95 for receiving end if shipped to hub only. We will pack with appropriate heat or cold pack as needed for weather. DOA due to fedex delays will be assessed if this ever happens

Health testing- if this is a route you take for your collection please let me know prior. Animals must be paid in full, there will be no payment plans. Zelle payment only, all others will be refunded and sell nulled. Animals will be shipped Monday for Tuesday arrival and you must send in same day. With results given to me by Friday. Any deviation will result in no money back if a positive occurs. Please discuss more with me PRIOR.

Seller is not responsible for animal temperament. I will give you the best assessment of temperament if asked
We guarantee the sex and health of all of our animals and will list all guaranteed genetics, though in some cases, even with our experience we can not 100% guarantee accuracy of Incomplete Dominate (Co-dom) genes in our animals. I will make a note in the description if it's an animal I'm not 100% positive the id
Recessive / Heterozygous Genes are always FULLY guaranteed, and percentage stated if not 100% het.
