Store Policy
You must be 18 years old to purchase an animal or have a parent contact me via phone before purchasing.
All animals have a live arrival guarantee (unless you are not present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt). I prefer shipping to FedEx centers vs. homes. If your animal is dead on arrival you must contact me immediately. An email/text/message with the photo of the animal must be sent within one hour of arrival and signature for a full refund.
Some animals may drop their tails during shipment and I cannot be responsible this happening as it can be a natural response to stress.
I'll stand behind the sex of the animal I send to you if I have it marked as known. If the sex is unknown due to age, I can guess but will not guarantee the sex of the animal.
I accept PayPal, Square, Zelle, and Venmo. I will not ship the animal until the funds have cleared. Buyer pays shipping unless stated otherwise. FexEx overnight, first AM delivery is required and typically costs $50-75. I can ship to a local FedEx store near you (that will hold shipments) or directly to your house.
I accept payment plans on animals over $500. There is a 50% non-refundable down payment of the price of the animal and a 1 month period following for payments. I will not ship the animal unless it has been paid in full.
