For all conversations about purchasing an animal or putting an animal on hold, we require a response within 7 days of the last message received when there are multiple inquiries about said animal.
This helps us to remain as informed, and to be able to pass along information to others as efficiently as possible. Thank you for your cooperation.
🦎 Payment

We accept payment via bank transfer for the U.K. and Europe, and PayPal for other international customers.
We will accept a non refundable deposit on geckos to hold them for a period no longer than 14 days.
This amount will be 25% for a value of up to £500, 20% for up to and over £1000.
If you should require longer to pay then a payment plan can be arranged. Contact us for a personalised plan.
The payment plan will include set dates for payment and these must be met.

We are happy to use a reputable reptile courier at your expense.
If required, we can help arrange booking, and our preferred courier is Reptilecourier.eu. A booking form can be found via their website, but geckos will not be accepted onto runs or shipped until full payment with us has cleared.
We may be able to offer low cost delivery to certain areas of the U.K. Contact us for details.

We will offer a live arrival guarantee on animals either delivered by us or by a reputable courier in the U.K.
Please contact us within the first hour of your gecko arriving, and please let us know if you have any concerns over the condition of your animal. Their health is our priority and we will do all we can to assist you.
We apologise that we cannot take responsibility for any dropped tails during transit. Sometimes these things happen, although we’ve not had it happen yet.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us at any time if you have questions or concerns over your animal(s) from us.
Every gecko comes with a 5 day health guarantee provided basic quarantine steps have been taken.
